Hello,

we are a small Switzerland company and are looking to start business in the US and need a few local people in California to start.

How and where to start to hire people for home jobs and what is the regular salary per hour for a basic home job?

If you really are what you claim it seems logical to contact California state employment agencies such as

Why do you need people LOCAL to California if you're hiring remote workers?

That's a contradiction.

News flash: California is not 100% of the US. There are 49 other states and 5 US territories. There is talent outside of California, contrary to what you've been told.

Where did he say there’s no talent outside California? He specifically said “California to start”. In any case it’s a scam most likely anyway.

He said "California to start" meaning that those who are hired must live in California to start on the job.

If this was a remote job, there would be zero requirements to live in a particular location in the USA, so therefore this employer believes there is no talent outside of California.
