Moses was Levi due to his parents being Levi. The children were counted as part of Levi. She circumcised her sons. None of that made her Jewish. So if the mother is a gentile then the children are.....? Reform?

Gentiles aren't levites. But yeah, you're right, in reform temples they can be.
