On Friday nights in my neighborhood, at 6:55 in the summertime (all the shul's in my community bring in early Shabbos at 7 in the summer), all the streets leading to the shul's are filled with hundreds of men and boys in their black suits and white shirts walking to Mincha/Kabbalah Shabbes/Maariv.

It's such a beautiful sight to see the community on foot, dressed in their finest, on their way to their appointments with the King. The kiddushah of 7pm Friday might is palpable. Ah!!

Had Shabbat dinner at the intercontinental hotel after going to the diaspora museum and hanging out at the beach. The wine was just about the worst I've ever had!
