My local supermarket carries this, too. It has a small kosher section. Even though I'm not Jewish, I look there because the Kosher ground turkey is sold 85/15 lean/fat, while the regular is the 93% lean. I like the fattier ground turkey.

I wondered about the "Facon" and how it is.

My veg daughter makes "bacon" from strips of eggplant and smoked salt.

I've met the daughter and, if she were a vegetable, she would be some sort of leafy green (like her mom). Coz leafy greens are said to be "brain food."

Ha, true. I do have a smart kid. Which can be a blessing or not.

She taught me what sai weng shi ma means.

(But I can't get the pronunciation down lol.)
