I currently live in Alaska, in a mobile home park. There are only three entrances, and the roads are all curved loops so very little drive through traffic. They only allow mature (8 feet or over) trees which act as a sound/wind baffle.

The Alaska winters are taking their toll and I would like to retire in a few years. (less than 5). I have considered a few other places and scrapped them for various reasons.

So now I am looking in Kentucky. Are there nice mobile home parks with new mobile homes. I am looking around the Danville area, maybe within 30 minutes. Biggest need is high speed internet, after that, standard over 55 yo needs, Costco, culture, trees, horses, neighborhood etc.

Does anyone know of any nice mobile home courts that accept new mobile homes/tennants?

Thank you.

I'm in Louisville and no nothing about Danville. What I do know is there is a nice trailer park outside of Louisville (Jefferson County) in Bullitt County. Walmart is near by but there is no Costco. Costco is in the Louisville area only I know of and in the east end of Louisville. I know there are newly built homes and subdivisions, but no trailer park that I am aware of. We also have high speed internet here in Louisville and there are some areas in Louisville that does have horse farms. I use to live near one until the lady passed and her family sold it and it is a shopping area, banks and restaurants. I know your not wanting this info, but maybe it will be useful or someone will reply with the info your looking for. Good Luck.
