Does anyone have information regarding flooding in this area? There is a home for sale that was affected and I am curious if this is in a flood zone or whether it was an isolated freak occurence. The person who currently owns the home bought it through an auction and has never even been there......talk about lack of info. Just curious if anyone here personally knows this area.

We are looking at a home on St Rt 854. The owners mentioned a "freak flood" that happened once but after talking with an insurance company I found out it is in the highest risk flood zone! I would say if you are close to a creek expect it to flood!!!!
