I am relocating to take a new job in southeastern Indiana. I am looking at possible commuting from the Kentucky/Cincinnati area.

Any suggestions on an area suitable for a single person just out of college? Would like to keep the driving time down if possible.

Where in southeastern Indiana? How long of a commute are you willing to make each day? Are you looking to rent or purchase?

Good suggestions that come to mind

Cincinnati: Mt. Adams, Mt. Lookout, Hyde Park, O'Bryonville, Clifton Gaslight, Northside, Norwood south, Over-the-Rhine's Gateway District.

Kentucky: Covington's Mainstrasse, Newport's East Row, Bellevue

What are your housing requirements, including price and size? How close do you want to be to nightlife? Parks? Do you care about living in a neighborhood with character, or do you like cookie-cutter? I'm a single guy new to Northern Kentucky, but have received good vibes from many of these areas and perhaps can help you out.
