Hello every one

my wife and i are thinking about moving to bristol so we can be a little more closer to our familys her family live in pa. and mine live in alabama right now we live in kentucky nothern kentucky so living in bristol would put us in the middle would any one know if there would be part times jobs i am disable and can only work part time 4 are 5 hours a day no more then that depends on the pay if its 7 hour can do 5 if it more only can do 4

also places to maybe rent i have seen some places but no nothing about the area

can any one tell me good area and good rent prices i found this one this price are no more then 500


$425 / 2br - 2 bedroom apartment duplex (313 Carolina Ave Bristol, Tn)

Lots of retail, fast food, and call center- part time, mostly minimum wage, much of it on the VA side though. Do you drive? Best bet is to get a job with a big company where you are now and see if you can transfer after six months or more.

I have a co-worker that lives over that way somewhere, I'll try to remember to ask them about that neighborhood.

no i dont drive my wife drives so that is the only way i get to work i am working right now 4 hours a day 5 days aweek i work for company call ABM Janitorial Services cleaing office buildings they are a big company just not sure if they had any thing in that area but thanks for the help i check in again thank you

There aren't many jobs in east TN. What's there doesn't pay much and is mostly part-time. If that's what you're looking for, you may be able to find something. I wouldn't advise moving at all before you've had at least a few callbacks.
