Hello. My husband and I moved to the tri-cities in July. We just closed on some property on the Wautaga river over in Siam. We have alot of work to do but the scenery is gorgeous. We are currently rehabbing a home in North Johnson City so that my son can finish school. But once he graduates, we hope to move by the river. This area is so beautiful and the people are friendly. I lurked on the forum for months before we moved to TN so thanks to all the regulars, I felt comfortable that we made the right choice. Look forward to contributing now and then.
