I will be moving to Knoxville, most likely Fountan City, in the near future. I am thinking of opening a shop out of my future garage. I will be focusing my business on lawn and garden. Is there a market for a good small engine mechanic?

I can think of four shops right off the top of my head.

There might be a market, but I would think its limited. One thing to consider, is running a business out of your home can run afoul with some home owner associations and sometimes the City. You may want to check on that before you hang out your shingle.
