I will be relocating to South Knoxville. South Doyle is the school my children are zoned to attend. I have heard it has changed since I last lived in Knoxville and the school is/was on the failing list?? I would like to know if the restructuring is helping the school rebuild and become better? It would really help to hear from someone that has experience with this school. I am swaying towards a transfer because they don't offer German. My son is a Junior and this is his language of study. He is also plays basketball and noticed that the program here hasn't done well for years. It would be so much more convenient for him to attend school in his own community, but I want him to have the things he needs in a school. I would just like to know what is happening with this school and are the changes improving?
