Can anyone recommend a trailer/rv rental place around Newport/Parrottsville?
In Tx we have some places that will set their trailer up on your property all ready to go. I thought this might be a good alternative to a cabin while getting to know what it will really be like to live at the property. Any private
rv/trailer owners interested? Early DEC timeframe . Thanks

I don't think there is anything like that in that area. After an extensive search on campgrounds, we ended up camping at the KOA in Newport with our camper for a week but it was just 10 minutes from our property. Didn't see any place that sold/rented RV's or campers around. I don't think it's a very big thing up there like it is in FL and TX. The KOA did have some of those small little cabins on their lot you can rent. Probably 1 or 2 beds inside if your looking to just spend a week. It will get you by anyway. The KOA was a nice clean, quiet place. We enjoyed staying there. Gee and we've got our camper up for sale now too.

There is a rental location on Aloca Highway but you would have to drive it...Then there is Rental America located in Knoxville, once again you would have to drive it. I don't know anyone in that area over there you would have to drive into Blount or Knox County.
