Does anyone know if any of these parking lots are free parking day or night: the old Regal lot, the lot next to it at Depot & Williams, or the lot on Vine Ave? (see circled areas in pic). I know the large lot at Jackson & Gay is free but last time I was on Depot Ave I didn't see a sign in either of those lots. The lot on Vine - I am not familiar with it at all, perhaps it's for a church. I know metered spaces are free after 6 p.m.

Remembering the one time we parked in the Jackson lot...isn't there a pay booth in there? Is that lot only free after 6?

I want to schedule a meetup on north Gay St. and need to tell folks where free parking is. Thanks very much.

Thank you very much...but it doesn't have the Regas lot or the lot next to that on Depot.

I don't live in Knoxville, so I am not familiar with which lots are which. I had just come across that list when planning a visit.

I think the lot on Depot is about to become a new residential development. I think they broke ground there two weeks ago.
