So I need some people to help load a truck in Knoxville. I'm driving the Uhaul to where I'm going and have help unloading, I just need help loading. Does anyone know of any companies that I can call to get some info about this?

Most moving companies can provide you with moving guys even if you don't use their trucks. Try Three Men and a Truck. I used them once to load/unload a U-Haul I rented to move across town.

dude, go to emove.com, I have used them in multiple cities for this sort of thing, and they have always been awesome. No, I'm not affiliated with it in any way. Just really happy with the service.

On the U-Haul web site, there is a link to Moving Help. There, independent movers are listed with comments from people who have used them. The prices vary. We used Branam Movers and we're thrilled. They moved our heavy leather couch like it was as light as a feather. It was pouring rain and they didn't complain or slow down.

We used Two or Three Men and a truck (can't remember the number) when we moved my mom inside her assisted living center. They just came and moved boxes and furniture - no truck needed. Very reasonable and did a great job. We used them 2 or 3 times.

I would also suggest the Two Men and a Truck route. They can supply moving men helpers even if you don't need a truck. Best of luck with your move!!
