Need some good, vegetarian friendly, recommendations please. I have a friend that I will be meeting up with on a Sunday morning, for half day visit in Knoxville and we'd like to go to someplace nice for a late breakfast or brunch.
Looked at the menu for the French Market, looked really good until I noticed they were closed on Sundays
, so what other places would you suggest?

Tomato Head or Sunspot, perhaps? They are both vegetarian friendly and I believe they both have brunch.

I had my first Sunday brunch at the Sunspot a few weeks ago. Their brunch menu changes weekly. I had mango-glazed French toast with grilled pineapple and potatoes. Fabulous mimosas.
