Does anyone know anything about this company? Has anyone dealt with them or know anyone else that has had a house built by this company? I appreciate any and all comments. I want to know everything about them good and bad. They say that they have been building homes (over 1600 ) in East TN since 1987. I just heard about them, so I'm just checking them out before I try to contact them.

Sorry, there was a reason I had posted this in the Tennessee forum and not the Knoxville forum. This company builds all over east tennessee (not just in Knoxville) and I thought that by posting in the tennessee forum it would get more responses, than just Knoxville forum.

If this is the company on the Clinton Highway, it has been there for quite a few years, so they must be doing something right. But I don't know anything about their quality of homes.

I think if you can, you might want to consider changing the Title of your post...Maybe The Company "Family Homes" in Knoxville or whichever the actual company name is. I was thinking it was a question about family homes in the knoxville area. JMO. Have a great day!
