Things might still be tough, but we're hanging in there Las Cruces was ranked #8 on the list of 'Best Performing Cities" among smallest metros.
Our 'sister' city, El Paso, was ranked #9 on the Largest Metro List.

"For the second straight year, the Las Cruces area has been placed in the top 10 of the Milken Institute's 2010 Best-Performing Cities list."
