I've got a rattlesnake pal wants to know if he can sell humans in New Mexico. Lots of em moving onto land that's been his and his relative's land since time immemorial and family members have been disappearing and turning up mutilated with missing tails lately.

I remember watching my dad dismount from his horse and whipping a rattlesnake to death with his lasso. Ranchers no like sneks, snek bite cow. Decades ago. World is a different place now.

I suspect it depends upon whether or not the variety of snake is endangered. Some rattlesnakes are.

At the very least, you would need a license to handle and broker wildlife.

A rattler bit my heeler on the nose when I was overseas in the Marines. Dad said his head swelled up so much he couldn't open his eyes. He pulled through though, little dummy!
