What's a good property management company in Las Vegas. Any ones that are good around the Rhodes Ranch area? Thanks.

Default Property management company

This is three month late to ask you this question, but I want to try.
Would you let me know in what ways this company is terrible? And anyone knows a good company in Las Vegas?
Thanks!

I mentioned this in a previous thread. The ONLY property management company that I would use and suggest is McKenna Property Management. 939-0000 - They are the only ones that I have dealt with that actually "Manage" the property. Few if any complaints from anyone I have ever referred them to.

TENANTS BEWARE! Those 5-day notices that you get in the mail may not come from the Constable's office. Property Management companies are generating those forms and sending them out to tenants that are late with their monthly rent. The monies that are supposed to have been paid to the Constable's office are being pocketed by the property management using the constable's office as a guise to collect extra money from the tenant. I verified this recently when the Constable's office had no record of a five-day eviction notice posted at my front door. This practice, I would assume is illegal since the companies are using a legitimate state government agency to pursue their own means. A major culprit is one company that is mentioned above. Others have complained as well. There should be a class-action suit against this company for fraud.

I would not go to Nicklin Prop Mgmt. As a renter, I had a terrible time with them that unfortunately now involves me filing a law suit against them. Some folks on this board know the issues, but they actually sent me a bill for "estimated services" for another property and "forfeited" the security deposit to the owner for "contractual damages" of which there were none except on their part. According to statute, they have now violated state law in "forfeiting" the deposit to the owner which I really do not believe they did, but kept it and are still trying to squeeze money out of me.

They went to court and claimed they sent me a 30-day notice to vacate by process server. Only problem was the contract, which they violated several times, said I was to be notified by certified mail. They lost. BTW, the house that was in foreclosure that they said the owner was "trying to work out a deal" just reverted back to the lender on the 22nd.

I understand from just searching Google with their name and reading reviews owners have not been dealt with fairly either.

I absolutely despise liars.
