I'm going to put my house on rental market soon, and it's so hard to find out good property management company w/ reasonable fees.

I prefer start up fee (appx $250 ) w/ 8-10% monthly service fee.

I hope the company pay real good attention on what tenant want promptly and clean the house very good whenever new tenant moving in.

It would be appreciated if you share your experience here.

(FYI, My house is in West area, typical 3 / 2 two story house )

By the way how's rental market right now? Is it easy to find tenant?

thanks a lot !

start up fees usually are equal to 1 month's rent.. the cleaning, evicting, etc.. is all extra..

I just put my house up about 2 months ago... it took 1 week to find a renter. i think the start up fee was 250 and they take 8%

they seem to be ok but i really dont like the lady i was working with. mainly because i wanted to rent the house furnished and she kept pushing to take everything out. so i had less then 24 hours to hire movers and move everything. i just wanted to take a couple boxes and my cars and go
oh then the movers left stuff in the house and she never told me there was stuff in there and now i cant get it out... she tells me to move the stuff then she doesnt tell me when there is stuff left.

ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

pm me if you want a company name...

Is this a different property and mgmt company than the one you were posting about a week or two ago? The moving issues sound like it's the same property. Back then you had nothing but bad things to say about the mgmt company, but now "they seem to be ok"?
