I was wondering if any of you can recommend a preschool in the Northwest/Centennial Hills area or Northern parts of Summerlin. Also, if you can provide any information on what you pay, that would be great. I have a 3.5 year old, already potty trained. I would like somewhere that focuses on education rather than just child care.

My twins went to Creative Kids (various locations) which runs like a kindergarten with activities, art, learning about days of week, how to tell time, colors.

Cost was $550/month for first kid and $300 for second as a sibling discount. Very good school that the kids enjoyed, loved their teachers. I wholly recommend.

I am in a similar situation. We will be moving to Summerlin in September and have a 3.5 year old boy. We are looking for a preschool for him that combines free play with education. But not a DAY CARE.

All the schools I have found are either highly academic (meadows, challenger, Alexander dawson, Las Vegas Day) or day cares.

If someone could suggest something in between I would appreciate it.

Thanks!

Refer to my post #3. Creative Kids is not as structured as the ones you listed.
