dont u like the way they put it..."just less than 5%" like its no big deal..just pile it on and keep each rate hike small enough so no one cares but add it up at the end of each year and its double digit

We'll reach a tipping point soon enough as costs of residential solar come down. Once the payback period for going "off grid" gets under 10yrs or so, people will do it.
