DH is concerned about renting through and individual because he doesnt want to get screwed over. Are most of the townhomes, like in the courts, through a company or an individual?

There are plenty of units that go through Property Management companies, and the rest are renting privately through individual owners. I also just saw an ad for a townhome rental in Aliante in the RJ a few days ago. $995 a month for a 1332 sf unit. Which is a 2 bedroom, 2 1/4 bath, 2 story, with a 2 car garage and back yard.

I do the same thing! I love watching the turtles. We often feeds the ducks, though I'm not sure we're supposed to.

What's in a 1/4 bath?

I think a 4 piece or full bath includes a shower, tub, sink and toilet. In our area a 1/2 bath is sink and toilet. So assuming a 1/4 would be one of those...hopefully a toilet.

I think a 1 plus 3/4 plus 1/2 would be the pattern. I have never seen a 1/4 bath.. So one with tub and shower, one with shower only and one with commode and sink.

There are some old houses with just an extra sink and mirror in the bedroom where you can brush your teeth. Maybe they would count that as 1/4 bath. Otherwise "1/4 baths" probably come from homes with a full bath, a 3/4 bath and a 1/2 bath added together as 2 1/4 baths.

I saw a subdivision near West Centennial Parkway and Commerce that I think was called Enna or Commerce Centennial. They are pretty large with 1750sq foot being the smallest floor plan.
What you think of the homes there and the neighborhood directly around it in a 2 block radius?

They seem to be selling for under $90K with $65 HOA fee plus any master plan or SIDs. Since it seems to be outside the Aliante border that may mean no master plan or SID fees, but it may also mean the condition of the neighborhood may go downhill fast. I assume with only $65 in HOA fees, you will have to pay for your own exterior painting and roof repairs. They also seem to have flat roofs, which is odd.

They seem very nice inside with separate cook tops and wall ovens which is normally a higher end feature as opposed to a freestanding range.
