Im not too far away from it either.I've been to the one in Summerlin and it's very good but by no means is it the greatest food ever cooked.

Marrakech.....decent over priced food, but the fat belly dancers really put a damper on the night.

Almost all those restaraunts in the big Casinos. Seems like the bigger the casino the worse and blander the food gets. Maybe its a lack or attention to detail. Or maybe its the the price that goes up which brings the taste down.

If I pay $12.00 for a steak, I dont expect much. I just hope its decent.

If my steak is $35 I want to be blown away.

Not trying to be sarcastic, but you're in the wrong decade if you expect to be blown away by a $35 steak.

A decent ribeye or two costs about $35 these days. (Sure, you can go el-cheapo, but you get what you pay for with beef.)

And since restaurants want to go with 20% food cost, a hunk o' meat that costs $30 after buying and aging is going to be $150 on your plate.
