I am looking for a house in a bad neighborhood that doesn't cost a lot of money but in 10 years I can sell for 3x what I paid for it. Does anyone know of any great deals out there?

I also need a zero down loan with a really low interest rate so my profit will be a lot higher in the future.

Does anyone know where I can find renters for this property? I need someone who has perfect credit and is willing to do all repairs themselves.

Thank you.

Yes, yes and yes. The renters are going to want to pay twice the market rental rate though, would that be okay?

If you didn't have 374 posts under your belt, I would have flagged you as a troll.

Are you serious?

I would not mind this same type of set up either. Maybe even 2 or 3 properties.

I was wanting to know if anyone can tell me when & where money falls out of the sky. I really just want to be there at the exact time right before it hits the ground.

Any info in this would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance

Money does fall out of the sky. It's not backed by gold anymore. Just wait until everyone starts noticing.

Never.

I went out and checked the money tree this morning and it looks like I may have to wait until next year for this plan to work. The growing season is almost over and it didn't provide as much fruit as I was hoping for.
