Teamsters are into everything now, that is because they put all the good trucking companies out of business. That call center job won't last long if they have there hands in it.

The turnover rate in that call center is high. I also knew some folks that got screwed on thier commisions. I would proceed with caution and make a determination later on down the road when you have been there awhile.
