I'm in escrow to buy a house to rent out in the Green Valley area. It's near Warms Springs and N. Pecos. The agent said it's Green Valley South, but it looks like it's actually Green Valley North.

Is that area nice and safe, and a good place to live?

I can't speak specifically to living there, but Warm Springs intersects South Pecos Road, not North.

Green Valley in general gets good reviews, so this area should be fine.

Depends on the area. North of Warm Springs is kind of falling behind, those condos and apartments are not so hot and the houses across from them were some of Green Valley's first so they are losing their appeal. South of Warm Springs all is good, heart of Green Valley with plenty of good homes to choose from and a bit of architectural variety at least for LV.

Just because an area is considered "safe" you should never let your guard down. Keep your Glock readily available.
