I just changed my number to a Vegas number and some psycho keeps prank calling me AND texting me…. The text I got today said attempts to block his/her number have failed and that he got my number from city data forum so I thought I would look this thing up….Thank God for Google because I had no idea what city data was….

Get a new number from your provider and never give that number to anyone. Sign up for google voice and give that number to people. Google voice makes it very easy to screen and or block callers.

Check with your cell carrier. I have a whole laundry list of people that I text - block [phone number] to 9999, no more texts. Send calls automatically to VM. Dont listen, just delete.

The phone calls come from some voip number that's not associated with any real number do it can't be called back and the texts come from one of those text relay systems so I can't even text back and say hey I don't know who your talking about... I've gotten a call last week too from some prank line...
what's the worst is when they call and its just silence... Its really creepy....
