Hello,

I was wondering how far away is The Strip from 89002?
89002 is a good area, right?

Thanks.

This is just an estimate, but it is pretty far. It is about 24 miles from 89002 to Flamingo and Las Vegas Blvd. The area is Henderson, so yes it is a good area. The only bad area in Henderson is downtown.

It's a good area and about 25 minutes to the strip, depending on how far you're going down the strip.

25 miles, but not 25 minutes. I googled it and it was 40 minutes to the center strip, and that is if traffic is very light.

I can make it from Wagonwheel/95 (89002) to Las Vegas BLD/Flamingo (89109) in under 30 mins without traffic. Take 95 to 215 to 15 then exit flamingo. The only traffic you would probably encounter is around the airport area of the 215. You can take side streets from there via Paradise to the strip corridor.
