I have spent 30 minutes getting down the hill a couple of times in the last year. And I have spent well over a half hour getting from one exit on 15 to the next.
It can be very difficult to get from GVR to downtown...and the options go south real fast when it gets bad.

It takes me 20 mins to get to Palace Station from here when I go out to 15 on the new road behind the M.
From here to get to GVR, I take Eastern to Coronado to 215 to Green Valley.

I can get from my home at 95 and Craig to my cardiologist at Horizon Ridge at Carnegie in under a half hour if all works. I allow an hour. I make it in under half an hour over half the time. But I get there on time or close to it maybe 25% of the time..
