More like hope, prayer and very strong drugs if they expect to get $1,250/sqft. I was reading an article about wealthy homeowners jacking up the prices of their houses to make the houses more "desirable" in this flat market. Apparently, it works often enough to be a viable strategy.

I service a pool on the same neighborhood (karsten creek) and they have some amazing homes there. The pool that I service cost 100K back in 2003 to build so I could imagine some of the other homes in that area.
