Are you male or female? What position?

Recon the club and see what people in your position are wearing and show up looking like you belong.

I looked at her old posts, and determined that the poster was female. For a guy, I'd know how I'd dress, but can't say much about how a woman would dress for this, other than to stay start with business formal (for a guy that would mean starting with a suit), but then add some more partylike touches. For instance, I wouldn't wear a blue or grey suit. Maybe a softer color (olive, tan) with a colored shirt, and a flashier tie. Maybe some jewelry. I don't know exactly how to translate that female dress.

Although for female, in that industry, you're going to have to show that you have the body for it. So work that in somehow.

For a man...the only color suit to wear for a nightclub interview is a solid plain black suit with black or white shirt....unless you're applying to be a flava consultant.

Now, if he's applying as a host he might be a tad flashier.

Black suit or white suit? Funeral or ice cream man?

I think in that industry, you need to lighten up, but just a tad.

I was kind of liking the idea of the ice cream man suit (but it probably wouldn't get you the job.)

I would say on the casual side but dressed up a bit, no jeans, short shorts, very short skirts or low cut tops.

Modest but not prudish, go with a classic look, black slacks or skirt with a white blouse that is not absolutely sheer and see through, limited jewelry, flats or pumps unless you are like me and are not comfortable in any sort of heels then I go with brand new white sneakers, I love my Keds.
