they were roasting them at the Sprout's grocery store last weekend in Henderson off Stephanie and Warm Springs. Sprout's is sort of like a less expensive Whole Foods.

What was the price per pound? Albertsons didn't even list them in our flier this week.

They're roasting at the Albertsons at Nellis and Sloan -- Sunday, 8-23-15

$20 for a box. ($0.80 per pound. Considerably less screwage than I was expecting from Albertsons.) They only have mild (lots) and hot (not many left).

I've sold off 3/4 of my mislabeled mild's ( I want to keep some, they have their purposes). I'm wanting either real hot or super hot (to compensate for another mislabeled batch.) Any clue as to where this might happen?

No idea. My local Smith's isn't roasting anymore. And the Albertsons only had a few boxes of hot. And every "hot" I've tried this season was anything BUT hot. I think you need to find the X-tra hot for any kind of heat this year.

I got a box that is just slightly more than a bushel, for $19.99. They are labeled "HOT", but I had some this morning in my scrambled eggs, and they were anything but hot. They're hot enough for us though. Our guts aren't as young as they used to be. Besides, they get hotter in the freezer over time anyway. I tossed out some that were three years old, and they were pretty hot.
