Good evening. I'm moving homes in the next 2-3 weeks and I'd like to hire a company to move our heavy / large furniture. Can anyone recommend a good company?

Thanks!

We had a very good experience with Moving Brothers. Young, ready to work crew who unloaded a tractor-trailer into our house, putting everything where it goes, and treating the items like gold. In case Warrens isn't available We found them on movinghelp.com.

had this problem 6 months ago and people recommended to me to get a u-haul and some home depot mexicans...worked out great and I saved around $500. A lot of companies actually have their own truck and round of these same mexicans and more than double the price of the whole job had you just rented a u-haul...great business (moving company).

Read movingscam.com

It sounds like a bogus website, but it is without a doubt the most informative resource out there for people who are moving. Remember the user Grofica? I wouldn't want anyone to go through what she went through with her move.

Default Moving Company Recommendation - Summerlin

Friends, family and co-workers would be the best way to go. If that's not an option, I would trust the hard working guys in front of Home Depot before hiring a moving company.

What does Angie's List recommend?

I think they prefer the term illegals.
