We often find ourselves out and about after shows and are looking for a good late night/early morning food place. We're normally at Vamp'd a few nights a week and are there until 2 or 3am. Barley's has been our "go-to" place, as it's close to home, but they got a new cook who is pretty awful, and the service has declined in the last couple of months with only 1 bartender to cover the bar and the booths.

Any recommendations for food in the early morning hours either near Vamp'd on Sahara or in Green Valley? I'm looking for an alternative to the Village Pub/PTs type place..

Casa Di Amore on Tropicana between Pecos and Eastern has excellent food and is open until I believe 5am.

On the rare occasion that I'm hungry after work, and don't have any leftovers at home, I always stop in at a 24-hour taco shop. They're consistent and inexpensive.

Casa Di Amore.. got it. Scoop, any of them over in my neck of the woods that you would recommend?

We hit DuPar's alot already as well, but I'm looking at places if I go Sahara to the 15, not the 95. I did see that GVR has a $4 skillet at their cafe, so that's an option, too. I've eaten at Fiesta's cafe, but not GVRs. I'm assuming it's better based on the buffet to buffet comparison of the 2.

Fausto's Mexican Grill isn't far from GVR -- that's one of my favorite taco shops. But I'm pretty sure all of them close at Midnight. There's one on Stephanie and one on Warm Springs.

My area of town has the lion's share of Latino 24-hour joints (well, duh, of course it does). And I much prefer them to the PT's and Timber's in the valley. If I lived on the West side of town, I'd be looking for a 24-hour Pho joint.

Any bars with decent food in the late night hours? A new guy that I am sponsoring asked last week. I just told him about PTs and all the bars in the casinos.
