I feel like a tremendously self absorbed person to even be complaining about this but I was devastated to learn from an employee that the Dillard's in Meadows Mall is going to be converted to an outlet store due to the opening of the new Summerlin location.

I guess I will just drive to Fashion Show now as the Summerlin location isn't convenient.
I also wonder if this will have much impact on the Meadows Mall overall. Uggggh....it isn't really upscale shopping at all but they have basically every store I normally visit but that Dillard's was my favorite.

Love Summerlin but not driving across it for ONE store in a mall that otherwise appears to have no draws for me.

And don't surprised when that new Dillards in Downtown Summerlin opens and prices in the store go up. I am expecting the same with SteinMart when it opens at the new center in the Sahara Hualapai area

Blessings.

Nice to know what store is replacing Dilliards. I didn't care for their store so it will be nice to have an outlet store instead.
I do like the Steinmart off of Rainbow. Prices always seem reasonable and I can find clothing I like.

I hate the term "1st World Problems" as if you are not allowed to complain about anything when you still have it better than someone else.

It is an inconveniece for you, so complain all you want !

Yay! Let's encourage people to complain and "sweat the small stuff" so the rest of us can listen! Like we need people to exhibit even LESS gratitude for the great things in our world? Wonderful philosophy there.

I'm about to be evicted, and my truck will be repoed, which means I can't work after that.
I have 400 dollars, despite working 60-70 hours a week since February. I wish a small inconvenience was my biggest concern.
