This seems to be more optimistic than the figures ive heard/read that are usually in the 70k-100k in a summer range. Seems like seniority plays a huge role. For example, if a known high roller / huge tipper has the best cabana it will always goto the highest seniority worker?

Not always, but often, yes. She has more control over her schedule and which areas of the pool she works than someone coming in fresh off the street. But even still, $70-$100k isn't bad for starters..

Hi,

Much of the info on here is exaggerated. The servers at three top tier pools--Wet Republic, Encore Day Club, and Marquee--will make 60-100k for the summer pool season. Bear in mind that she will not work every day.

Note that the competition is stiff..going through the process means no means an offer of employment. 1000s of 8s 9s 10s apply and only tens are accepted.

The guy talking about seniority at the pools is a little misleading because the girls must audition every year. There is also weird hierarchy with the girls that can mean the difference between 65k and 100k depending upon what stations she gets and who the hosts funnel to her.

She is hired: drug tested, background checked, paperwork filled out, orientation done.

Actually, I have personally seen her paystubs, and there is no exaggeration. She may have only made $100K when she started, but she certainly makes more now. She works at a non-club pool. She works 5 days a week, and has the same shift every day. She doesn't audition every year. It may be like that at the dayclubs, but at the "normal" pool where she works, you are wrong.
