Last day to not incur a penalty is the 16th. Don't trust bill pay systems if you put it off for this long and go to the treasurer's office to pay it.

Well for me:

August - Damn! I gotta buy school clothes and pay property taxes
October - Dang! It's my birthday and I gotta pay property taxes
January - F@$&! I just bought Christmas presents, now I gotta pay property taxes
March - Its almost spring break! But I gotta pay property taxes. Guess we'll be having a staycation - glad we live in Vegas. We'll head to the beach when summer comes.

Rinse and repeat

There's this amazing new invention called a "search engine". Perhaps you've heard of it?

Let me google that for you

Because of my physical location(see screen name) I am unable to use my bank bill pay, and was hoping to avoid the 2% charge the county tacks on if paying by phone. Thanks

There is no online bill payment. You'd have to use your bank's bill pay system to do it and they send a paper check to the treasurer in the mail.

I pay total once/year and don't have to worry about late charges.
You will have to pay it anyway so why not get it over with right away.
I pay online via my online bank.
