Some more on JC Wooloughan's:

J.C. Wooloughan Irish Pub Review

Irish pubs have been cropping up all over Vegas, but perhaps the most authentic one is J.C. Wooloughan Irish Pub, located inside the JW Marriott hotel.
The pub is based on its creator's life in Dublin. Wooloughan, a global businessman, went so far as to have the pub built in Ireland by the Irish Pub Company and sent over in pieces.
Every little detail from the wood and the tiles to the decorations is authentic.
The authenticity doesn't stop with the decor. About 20 percent of the J.C. Wooloughan staff is from Ireland.
The pub features lots of intimate nooks and crannies so that groups of people can converse, one of the true purposes of an Irish pub.
Pubs are the social center of Irish life, and J.C. Wooloughan offers everything you could want in a social setting -- music, dancing, food and, of course, drinks.
The pub features any kind of Irish drink you can imagine from Irish coffee, Blackthorn Cider and a variety of Irish whiskeys to popular beers such as Harps and Guinness.
Happy Hour takes place Monday through Friday from 4 to 7 p.m., and ladies' night is every Thursday from 9 p.m. to midnight, when ladies can enjoy $1 drinks.

Sound's good to me! I'm actually gonna be out there for St. Patty's day, so who feels like joining me for a pint? (not that I'm Irish, but it's my half-birthday, so why the h**l not, right?)

Default Molly Malones in Southern Highlands

you can see it from I-15; it's just north of the St Rose construction mess on the west side.

Murphy's Law is a great Irish Pub in Las Vegas. The food is unique and amazingly delicious too! They have triple happy hour every day and always have lots of sports on the many plasmas. They also have a couple of pinball machines, darts, and some other games. The atmosphere is comfortable and lively, and the bartenders are hot! I was there for karaoke one Monday night and it was the most fun I've had at a bar in a long time. I definitely recommend Murphy's Law while you're in Vegas. It's not too far from the strip, but just far enough if you know what I mean.

Sorry to be picky, but this really bugs me. It's Paddy's Day, not Patty. It just sounds so stupid when you say Patty. Not one Irish person ever says Patty's.

I was in McFaddens for 4th July a few years ago and we had a brilliant time there. It wasn't crowded at all though.
As an Irish person (true Irish, born and bred! ) I have to say, I don't really like themed Irish bars. They're so tacky and you won't find many like them in Ireland. Gonna go to the one in Rampart someday though as it's not too far away from me.

Default They're ALWAYS after me lucky charms!

You Irish Mc's say chips...we say fries. You say bangers...we say sausage. You say football...we say soccer. You say St. Paddy's Day...we say St. Patty's Day. When in Vegas...talk like the Vegans do. And when we're in Dublin, we'll talk like Dubliners.

The important thing is that it's an excuse to get drunk...make fools of ourselves..and take off our Erin Go Bragh's!

My brother, who likes fine whiskey and sports viewing, is a devotee of the J.C. Wooloughan in the Marriott resort. His latest great story from there is about him watching the England/US World Cup match there with a drunk Brit he just met that morning. Wooloughan also apppears to be the Summerlin headquarters for Pittsburgh Steeler game Sundays.

Errr...I went to that one. I was LURED in by the Guinness photos. I love a really GOOD Guinness. But, unfortunately, NOT all Guinness is GOOD Guinness.

'Nine Fine Irishman' had awful Guinness, and was very overpriced.

I think the 9 fine Irishmen were once married to the 3 angry wives.
