TPC Las Vegas
Bear's Best
Stallion Mountain (really good deals)
Desert Pines (prices finally reasonable now that Walters is out)
Both of the Boulder courses
Rio Secco

Stay far away from Wildhorse, they are getting into dog track territory.

What happened to Walters? He is a distant relative of mine LOL Stallion Mountain is one of my favorites because it's always wide open. TPC Las Vegas was my go to course until they basically doubled the price to play.

Rhodes Ranch has a decent course and the greens fees are quite reasonable.

He still has Bali Hai and Royal Links but he has plans to turn Bali Hai into warehouses, think he is ready to get out of the golf business.

Will not be going back there. Number one they told me that the course was in great shape and I went and they had sand for greens. Two they pared me up with a drug addict who was known at the course. It was horrible and they didn't even offer to refund my money.
