Aria, Bellagio, Paris, Wynn (although Wynn may have changed since I was there last.) I haven't done Cosmo or the new Caesars yet.

I've tried almost all of them, and the only ones that are decent are the Wicked Spoon at Cosmo and Bacchanal at Caesar's

The food was good, I don't know if I can say it was great. It's wasn't up to the level of the top end strip casino buffets, but neither was the price.
Are your referring to Silverton or The M?

Aria, are you serious? That's just plain awful

Wynn used to be very good, now it's just OK, as is Bellagio. Would not go to either of those anymore

Yes. The times I was there, which was a while ago now, we're very good. King Crab and Snow Crab, jumbo
peeled shrip cocktail, etc. All the shellfish you usually get at a top buffet. The meats were good. Decent Indian IIRC. I enjoyed it. I've been to bad buffets, this wasn't one of them.

Again, things may have changed, and I don't know what it is you expect.

I think the buffet at The Palms used to, but it's been awhile since I was there last.

We went to Bellagio for breakfast/lunch and they have a whole island to the left hand side dedicates to cold cuts, cheeses and breads. They also make Caesar salad there and some other sides on the other side of the island. It's next to the bar. I don't know if they do this every day or if they change up the selections because I don't remember this being there before on the other times we went.

I've done both for dinner and I'd pick The Wicked Spoon hands down over the other. Plus their price is better and you get in faster.

I hear the Wynn is still good, especially for Vegan and Vegetarian options. We're planning a brief staycation there in August as they had a special going.

Aren't we suppose to talk about INEXPENSIVE buffets?

When it comes to good and inexpensive, I like the buffet at Silverton.
Yes, M is very good but not quite inexpensive
