Nah- I'd never live in a neighborhood that's crappy enough to have condos at $30k, regardless of how badly the market tanked.

Default When I look at the Market Today, I know I did well!

I bought an REO in March since then I have second guessed myself about 1000x's
I continue to search for a better home and a better deal and there is nothing for me at the price point I found. I am not an expert but I think the best properties are gone.
I am looking for more properties with the same amenities that I found in March but none exist.
