Sure, data from what? The data is BS, because the banks control the data.
Look around you. People are still not getting approved, and houses are not moving. Construction seems to be picking up, but we are still a good 3-5 years before it picks up in favor of the seller.

My analysis is sound. Trust me a certain small segment has just broken to the downside............as i said YIPEE (im a buyer). Funny thing is a realtor told me 2 years ago prices would come down. I didnt believe him but didnt buy due to things happening.
