Is there any realtor who sells everything they list? I am looking for someone to give a seminar in my city.

Maybe some of the REPO guys. I don't know of any "conventional" agent who gets much above 66%. Off hand I would be very suspicious of anyone doing much better than that.

The REPO guys may get close. But they do nothing but try and run the system fast and efficient. Many make their money by repping the buyers produced by the REPOs rather than from selling the REPOs.

Default Why are you looking for such a person?

I'm curious as to why you are looking for such a realtor?

A realtor's job is to market the properties he has listed in the best way possible so they sell. If he is able to "double dip" as it is called, that's nice but his main purpose of listing is not to sell them himself but get them sold.

I did not read "himself" in that query...

I am looking for someone who is successful at using the best marketing strategies etc. A selling genius. Who said anything about double dipping?
I'm looking for an agent who almost always gets it sold and is willing to teach a class.

When you wrote "realtor who sells," inferring possessive of selling, I read it as double dipping. Now that the statement is clarified, it might have been better written "do any of you know of a realtor who has such a winning marketing strategy, everything he lists gets sold."

Try Chris Rubeis. He and Bryan Mitchell worked in marketing before they worked together. cjrubeis@cox.net They have been top sellers in the Southwest and continue to sell through the downturn in the market. They are a great combination of marketers and realtors.

Interesting...neither appears to have sold anything in the SW in the last year. You got the right area?
