Go up to Mt. Charleston. Isn't it like 20 degrees cooler up there.

Many people spend the day in a casino. Red Rock caters to locals and is nice. You can see a movie, go to the arcade, bowl (I think) and eat. There are shops upstairs if you want to poke around.
I tried going to the pool in the evenings at my complex but when it was 95 degrees one night at 9pm I stopped. Why not just hibernate inside, I'm running the AC? It's like Minnesota in the winter, minimize going in and out.

I used to live in the NW and went up there a few times, only took 30 minutes. There's a nice restaurant/bar to eat and drink and just hang out. You can rent some cabins. Really beautiful scenery and much cooler. I live in Henderson now, too far to drive IMO unless you plan to spend the day, hike some trails etc.

Go to the library. Read. Go for tea. Sip tea. Go for lunch. Brunch. Go tour a hotel casino. Go to a museum. Go to happy hour! Eat & Drink. Go for a drive. Site see. Go to a pool. Go to a club. Go to a friend's house. Go get a mani/pedi. Go for a massage. Go for a beauty treatment. Go get your hair done. Go grocery shopping. Go swimming. Plenty of splash pads and water parks. Go to the gym. Workout. Go on a house tour. Go retail shopping. Go to the movies. Go see a show. Go to some lessons or classes. So many places to go and things to do.

All the parks in LV with splash pads
