I worded it wrong . I meant it as I have a Texas de Brazil where I live and are typically have been everywhere I’ve vacarioned before . I want something I can’t have where I live .

And yes but witb chains the bigger they get the more “ pre made “ cookie cutter their food becomes

My go to AYCE, but haven't eaten hibachi. Its a bit from the strip but on-off freeway makes it easy. Big place and always busy so you know the food is fresh but service is good and fast. Also good opportunity to get you out and about with locals if you're scouting.

If you want high end go to Nobu. Hokkaido is fine also for Teppan if your watching your dollars. If you want to be full and willing to cook it yourself and save. All you can eat bbq at Gyu Kaku that is a popular chain in Japan.

I was told about it by a friend, who just moved to Vegas to work at Wyn Encore..he said it was an AYCE for 52 USD. He came from Cuba ten years ago, walking from Panama to Laredo. Typically, the Brazilian places are a cook to order buffet style. The Argentinian places are more traditional restaurant style...both are highly regarded, and would easily be in the top ten countries globally for quality beef.

Best steak I've ever had was at SW in the Wynn. Bone in ribeye. They've also got the kobe beef, and Japanese style steaks.

no you cannot - you can order just the ayce salad bar or you can eat just meat or you can eat both (not advised). you don't wanna fill up on rabbit food when the good stuff is the meat!! it's an ayce carnivore heaven! various types of meats, prepared different ways.

I have been to most of the high end steak places in town (drug companies don't host presentations anywhere cheap), and my favorite is Del Frisco's Double Eagle at 3925 Paradise Road. Yes, they are a chain, but they only have 15 locations nationwide (and two of those are in Boston).
