The truth is that the FAA has changed flightpaths at VGT and many other general aviation airports, after fatal crashes and an actual mid-air collision in 2022 at North Las Vegas Airport. In an attempt to expand flightpaths and disperse flights, the FAA changed flightpaths about a year ago over densely populated residential neighborhoods, in particular those west of the airport. The airspace out of VGT is already condensed and features many flight schools and touring businesses. Henderson powerful politicians and lobbyists managed to dump Sky Combat Ace on top of our homes too, making the already condensed airspace out of VGT even more crowded. Sky combat Ace intensive operation in Henderson only impacted a few hundred homes (KHND is almost outside the city limit), at VGT, they are aviation bullying tens of thousands of homes in quiet neighborhood, far from the airport.

FAA/FSDO is falsely claiming that General Aviation is safer than crazy drivers on the road (ye, right)? In an attempt to justify releasing monstrous and rogue aviation businesses on top of congested areas.
This is contrary to the fact that flying under general aviation (GA) is not safer than driving. Statistically, GA’s safety record is closer to the safety record of operating motorcycles. For instance, Sky Combat Ace has been exploiting the FAA's loopholes to be able to operate in a regulatory vacuum, with little or no oversight. Sky Combat Ace and touring businesses are operating under "passenger-carrying operations", which fall under less restrictive regulations than airlines do for things such as pilot training and maintenance. This has allowed Sky Combat Ace to EXPLOIT LOOPHOLES in FAA regulations to AVOID STRICTER OVERSIGHT. FAA/FSDO is not even enforcing a 1000 ft min altitude, often covering up for rogue aviation and abusive GA businesses who are regularly turning off their transponders from public in an already congested airspace, in an attempt to aviation bully and assault our homes (late at nights or as early as 5 am in the mornings).
The local FSDO is doing NOTHING to curb this abuse and damage, often covering up for rogue recreational cowboys who have been blatantly flying way below a 1000 ft. FSDO has told residents that there is nothing they could do about Sky Combat Ace abusive flying behavior and other rogue aviation activities as long as these pilots are about a 1000 ft above our homes (only 300 meters). But when residents provide fact (screenshots from flight trackers), illustrating that these abusers have repeatedly been flying below 1000 ft, FSDO claims that these pilots can fly lower in airspace B or claims that third party apps cannot be trusted in terms of the low altitude of these abusive joyriders above congested areas, (although the apps are solid and accurate in terms of the altitude and clearly illustrate that these abusers are regularly flying below a 1000 ft, sometimes turning off their transponders form public).

Residents get to endure decades of stress and auditory torture while their properties become increasingly less inhabitable. This money could have been better spent on hiring responsible airport authorities who could take control of the lawlessness, chaos and mayhem at VGT, serious safety and noise issues and could offer solid solutions for REAL noise mitigation and measurements such as:
Creating a residential sound insulation program
Purchasing aviation easements
Programing management measures
Monitoring implementation of NCP measures: This means the airport will make sure the noise-reduction measures are monitored thoroughly.
Designing and implementing an enhanced "Fly Quiet" program, and prosecuting those who are flagrantly and repeatedly violating guidelines, voluntary or no.
Monitor flight tracks and activity trends: The airport should be monitoring what times have the most traffic and officials want to find ways to spread out the flights rather than having them all within the same time frame.
Monitor and determine need for NEM (noise exposure maps) and/or NCP update.
Continue community education and outreach.
Designate community liaisons or ombudsmen who can serve as points of contact for affected communities. These liaisons can facilitate communication between the FAA and community members, helping to address concerns and clarify information. These ombudsmen must have The authority to effect change that will benefit noise-impacted communities and not be a receptacle for noise complaints.

We are constantly being bombarded with single propeller planes and Cessna, sometimes helicopters. I feel like we're living in a war zone now. They are civilian (non-military). Fridays, and weekends, especially Sundays are awful now, but they are here most of the week too. They start at 7 am and once every 10-15 min we get one of these flying over our area. They are very loud and can be clearly heard when you're inside your house, even with windows closed. They sound like lawn mower. We live in sun city summerlin (+55), We lived here for 15 years and strange enough we we've never heard these too many props and Cessna flying over our house. It seems like these private planes are going around and around the whole day, every day, sometimes even late at night. Maybe they are training new pilots, I'm assuming they are taking off from North Las Vegas airport. Does anyone know what's going on? I doubt if this has anything to do with Nellis 23-2. They are definitely NON MILITARY and civilian and been here every day for the past two month. Something has changed in the last two month. Do you hear more plane noise recently in Las Vegas, especially around north west? Has your neighborhood been affected? Appreciate the feedback.
I live in North Las Vegas near the airport and I have noticed it as well. Especially what you said about Sunday. I also get up very early for work (2:30am) and I sometimes hear them as early as 3:30am in the last few months. I'm at Allen and Alexander. Additionally we (my boyfriend and I) often hear a high pitched sound that shifts frequencies and is very annoying.

It is IMPOSSIBLE to be a resident of Sun City, Summerlin West, Lone Mountain and NW, and not hear this heavy repetitive jet noise over homes at low altitude. Hundreds of aerobatic warmongers, small planes, low flying helicopters attack us viciously on a daily basis and without a PITY.

The responses are jaw dropping when in fact we are exposed to the same hideous conditions (95 db - 150 db): the unending tourist stunt planes and small planes for days on end, Sound of war games, and never-ending horror show of stunt planes and small planes revving 95-120 decibel at low altitude right above our homes, the overbearing roar of jet engines day in and day out, planes overhead every 1-2 minutes.
Is it that they are really not affected or are they complacent? Complacency is “self-satisfaction, especially when accompanied by unawareness of actual dangers or deficiencies” This attitude, see nothing, say nothing and speak nothing, presents a very difficult situation for the organizations and individuals who are pressing so hard for change. Not only are we battling inept and lazy elected officials/Corrupt Sun City board and HOA who are reluctant to pursue this challenge head on, we must counter affected residents who display indifference and apathy. Only on very rare occasions, I will hear true confessions: “the planes were so low and loud that it felt as though they were landing on my roof.” Sadly, however, their complacency continues ...
Here are the FACTS ON THE GROUND:
3am - 7 am : low flying screaming commercials from Harry Reid (15 miles away) being rerouted all the way to Sun City, they are circling the City to get out, waking up the entire city on their way out.
4 am - 7 pm: Rogue aviation (this abusive Delaware business and others) taking steps to shield themselves form public (by regularly turning off their transponders from public) to harass, assault, and decimate: N2545C, N1788T, N380CS, N1734S, N1740T, N47TN, N7815D, N9223C, N1774T and N1820E assaulting protesting residents repeatedly/early mornings, endless looping and circling on top of congested areas, along with abusive Vegas Aviation, west air flight training, Diamond planes and a few other flight schools (the noise is relentless during Sunny days).
9 am - 7 pm: Sky combat Ace loud E300s repeatedly and VIOLENTLY assault home of residents in Sun City, Lone Mountain and NW communities. Despite our numerous requests for sky combat Ace e300s to be rerouted away from our homes, they are still diving right through the heart of our community, relentlessly focusing on protesting residents, Sun City golf courses are their main playground, they sell "adrenaline rush ride" and war games on top of our homes, golf courses and the mountains. They charge tourists thousands of dollar extra for video war games on top of Sun City golf courses.
7 pm - 2 am: We have low flying helicopters practicing at low altitude right above our homes for medical emergencies. Similar to Sky Combat Ace E300s, They are deliberately refusing to take major streets or highways.

Sims has been yelling at residents, calling them "nasty people", bullying them, treating them like peasants, suggesting that residents should have consulted with him first before buying their homes, and ordering them to move out of their homes if they don't like the heavy assault, retaliation and relentless auditory torture. Mr. George Sims of Clark County department of aviation continues to gaslight and bully Las Vegas residents and should represent the FAA regional Noise Ombudsman. Through his cruelty, lack of compassion and his inability to resolve conflict, Mr. Sims has FAILED at his job, which requires him to improve interactions and better engage concerned residents … which in reality just like those FAA Ombuds offices, Clark County and Mr. Sims are just a diversion, disingenuous facade and an obstacle; and no help at all.
Congresswoman Lee: Sun City residents have filed a congressional inquiry to the FAA regarding illegal and dangerous flying practices of these businesses, in particular Sky Combat Ace of Henderson dumped on top of NW and Sun city homes (the date goes back to last year). But ever since the inquiry the assault has become even more relentless and things have GOTTEN WORSE for protesting residents. I'm going to upload some of the screenshots here (this is just a fraction of the heavy traffic and dangerous activities on top of our homes). My street/home is being constantly assaulted and attacked by Sky Combat Ace Loud E300s and abusive flight schools, 400 low flying offensive planes a day attack my street VIOLENTLY (I suspect they have obtained my address from abusive Clark County, for a simple noise complaint you are coerced to disclose personal information). They are SHATTERING our eardrums as they play their little war games back and forth on top of same streets/homes.

Some of these abusers have regularly been flying below a 1000 ft, noise strafing, like they are landing on the roof.
