43 year old male, 82 year old female considering moving to Vegas. The Arts District has been suggested as an area to purchase a condo. Is it safe enough there? How is the pricing on condos if anyone knows? Is it convenient enough to local activities--and are there enough local activities (especially for the senior woman)? Any information on medial/health care in that area is appreciated, also (altho, both are healthy). Just any information helps. Thank you.

I had property there, I would not recommend it. Infested with heroin addicts, really bad.

It is slowly improving. There are two big residential developments coming in the next few years that will improve the area.
