Default apt

As far as a credit check is concerned. If you only owe a few cc cards you will be just fine. Las Vegas, unlike alot of other places has alot of people with BAD CREDIT! Mainly what they are looking for are evictions and BRs.
You may have a deposit, but for an apt it will be a small deposit. Dont look in bad areas in Las Vegas because you think that is what your poor credit will allow. Be upfront will the management, before they run your credit. Most will give you an apartment, as long as you havent burned another Landlord in the past. I know this from having bad credit when I moved here myself...I dont even think I had a credit score at the time...lol
What I did have going for me was a GREAT rental history and always paid my rent on time! Good Luck

Why pay rent when you can squat in what was once a million dollar home?
