The xyl loved hers, but I thought it was the only thing I've ever had from there I didn't care for. Back to the Western Junior next time. My gin and tonic on Casino Center Blvd wasn't up to my standards either. Maybe it was me. Luv It had a line all the way to the mini mart too. He said it's always like that on FF.
Is somebody gonna tell us what the secret thing is on Fremont St?

Is the 'secret" thing on Fremont that you are talking about the light show?
I'm embarrassed to say that's the only thing I can think of & it's not very secret. But then I only get to Vegas about once a year to see family.
If you haven't seen it yet - it is pretty cool and worth the venture down to check it out.

That isn't what olecapt is talking about, and I've not only seen the light show many times, I watched them close off the street I used to cruise as a young'n, and build the cover over it. He says it's something that takes place at 9pm outside the Golden Nugget. I'm not sufficiently interested enough to take the trouble to be there at that time to see what ever "it" is. I just hope to brow beat someone who knows into into telling. Maybe we can get to the Admiral sometime and get her to stool on him.
